We are a highly skilled team of collaborative professionals with extensive expertise in organizational and leadership development. We have vast successes working with clients in the public and private sectors. At OD Consulting Partners, we meet each client where they are and help them to achieve success.
Our Principal Consultant, Dr. Shannon D. Williams is no stranger to the consulting and coaching world. Dr. Williams has extensive experience providing consulting services and coaching for educational, healthcare, corporate, public and private sectors, and nonprofit organizations. He holds a Ph.D. in Interdisciplinary Leadership Studies; a master’s degree in Higher Education; and three bachelor’s degrees—Speech Communication, Sociology, and Criminal Justice. He is certified in CliftonStrengths, DISC, Crucial Conversations, is a DDI 360 Feedback Coach, and a Qualified Situational Leadership Trainer. Dr. Williams has a Consulting Skills Certificate from the Association for Talent Development (ATD) and a Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion in the Workplace Certificate from the University of South Florida. He is passionate about serving others and helping individuals and organizations to achieve their full potential.
